Jared grew up on the family farm where at a young age he learned what it meant to work hard. Insurance was always a part of his life as he was brought up in the business. Jared graduated from Mount Ida High School and went on to study and play basketball at Central Baptist College in Conway. Jared met his wife Lacey at college and they have three children together, Sydney, Sam, and Shelby. He enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, hunting, and working on their family ranch in Clinton. Jared has traveled all of the United States and Canada competing and in professional team roping events. In 2007, Jared was the IPRA World Champion Team Roper. Through rodeo Jared was able to develop and grow numerous relationships that helped him launch his career in insurance over 15 years ago. Jared is also the agency principal of Westan Insurance Group which was founded in 2012 and is located in Junction, Texas.
Alisha, a Mount Ida native, attended Mount Ida High School and graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. It was there while playing college basketball that she met her husband John. Alisha founded S&P Insurance Partners with her brother Jared, both of whom were raised in the insurance business from a young age. Alisha has been working in insurance for over 15 years. Her specialties include a broad mix of commercial lines, personal lines, and life insurance. Alisha and John have two daughters, Allie and Averie. She is very involved in community activities and a member of Lake Ouachita Baptist Church. Alisha enjoys spending time with friends and family, as well as coaching her daughters' basketball teams.

Justin Aday, Agent
Justin was born and raised in Clinton, Arkansas and attended college at Arkansas Tech University where he received his degree in finance. He is married to his wife Kristin and they reside in Damascus, Arkansas. Justin comes from a background in banking and started working in insurance in 2014. In his free time, Justin enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, and anything outdoors.
Tara Bigelow, Receptionist
Tara is a lifelong resident of Clinton, Arkansas and graduated from Clinton High School. She has worked with the public for over 13 years. Tara and her husband Tyler have three children Carleigh, Jake, and Colin. She has been with the agency since 2013. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Brent Henderson, Agent
Brent was born and raised in Greenbrier, Arkansas where he graduated high school and attended the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith. At UAFS, Brent played college baseball and met his wife Jessica. Brent and his wife moved back to Greenbrier where they reside currently on their family farm with five horses and three dogs. Brent has been in the insurance business since 2011 and credits his success to his competitive drive and dedication to his customers. He always says “take care of your clients and they will take care of you!” Brent’s wife Jessica is an avid barrel racer and he loves traveling with her as her biggest fan to competitive events across the United States. In his free time, Brent enjoys playing golf, fishing, and hunting big whitetail bucks!
Monica Love, Agent
Monica was raised in Witts Springs, Arkansas where she graduated high school. From there she went on to attend Petit Jean Vo-Tech where she met her husband John. Monica has been working in the insurance business since 1998 and writes both personal and commercial lines, but primarily specializes in commercial insurance. Monica works with Wes as a dedicated CSR on their accounts. She and her husband John along with their two sons own a family farm in the Scotland area. Monica’s hobbies include horseback riding, hunting, and spending time with her family.
Lisa Moore, Accounting/CSR
Lisa is a lifelong resident of Clinton where she currently resides with her husband Johnny. Their family includes son Kevin, wife Sara, grandson Rhett, and son Justin, wife Adrienne, and granddaughter Adalynn. Lisa handles the accounting processes and oversees the day-to-day business transactions for the Clinton location, along with being a CSR for the personal lines agents. She has been employed by the agency since 2006. Prior to working for S&P Insurance, Lisa was employed by Clinton Public Schools. She enjoys cooking, reading, shopping, decorating for events, and spending time with family, especially her grandchildren!
Rachel Newland, Agent
Rachel has been a long time Clinton resident and graduated from Clinton High School. She attended college at Arkansas Tech University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Rachel has worked in the insurance industry since 2006 and writes both personal and commercial lines insurance, the latter of which she specializes in, as well as working with Jared as his dedicated CSR on his accounts. She now resides in Greenbrier with her husband Josh, and their three children Alex, Ace, and Bodie.
Randi Newland, Accounting
Randi is a Greenbrier native and graduated from Greenbrier High School. She attended the University of Central Arkansas and graduated in 2007 with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. She taught for several years before she was a stay at home mom. Randi started working for S&P Insurance in November of 2015. Randi is a part of the accounting team in our Clinton office. She now resides in Dennard with her husband Wes and their three children Lathan, Finley, and Weston. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Wes Newland, Agent
Wes is a Clinton native and has been in the insurance business since 2005. Wes loves to sell insurance and he finds it to be more of a successful hobby than career. Many of his clients would agree as well. Wes sells personal, commercial, and bonds, but with a heavy focus on bonds and commercial. His target classes include dirt contractors, utility contractors, oil and gas contractors, street and road, machine shops, metal good manufacturers, garages, farming, and blue collar type businesses. However, those are just a few of his specialties. As he often says if it can be insured he wants to write it! Wes strongly believes that the most important key in insurance is making yourself available at all times to your clients. Wes is married to his wife Randi, who also works at S&P. Together they have three children Lathan, Finley, and Weston. In his free time, Wes enjoys spending time with his family and working.
Kelly Patrick, Agent
Kelly was raised in Newnata, Arkansas and graduated from Timbo High School. She attended college at the University of Central Arkansas and has 15 years of experience in the banking industry before moving over to insurance. Kelly has been with S&P since January 2013 and has two sons Reed and Fisher. She enjoys watching sports and outdoor activities, such as fishing, hiking, and kayaking.
Kim Pruitt, Agent
Kim grew up in North Little Rock, Arkansas. She graduated high school at NLR Ole Main and later attended Arkansas State University at Searcy. She and her husband Lance moved to Clinton in 1997 and she began working in the insurance industry in 2005. They have two children, Lane who is married to Ashton, and Kristin who is married to Justin. In November 2015 they welcomed their first granddaughter, Myleigh. Kim enjoys spending time with family, reading, camping, and canoeing.
Karen Scarberry, Agent
Karen lives in Clinton and has been in the insurance business for 21 years. She is a producer both in property and casualty insurance, as well as life and health for both individuals and groups. Karen has been married to her husband Eddie for 38 years and they have three children and five grandchildren. Karen enjoys the outdoors, photography, and loves being with her family and friends.

Becky Abernathy, Agent/Licensing
Becky lives in Mount Ida and began her career in the insurance business in June of 1989. Becky sold personal and commercial lines insurance for 13 years. In June of 2002, she transferred into the accounting department and also began managing agent licensing and company appointments. In 2011, Becky returned back into the service side of the agency by providing CSR assistance on commercial accounts for Alisha Pollock. Becky has one son, Brad who grew up in the insurance business and also works in the Mount Ida office location. In her free time, Becky enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Brad Abernathy, Marketing/IT
Brad comes from a family background in insurance and is a native of Mount Ida, Arkansas where he grew up and graduated from Mount Ida High School. While attending college at the University of Central Arkansas, Brad got his legs in the business while working in the marketing department. After graduating with a degree in graphic design and minor in marketing from UCA, Brad joined the agency as a full time employee and his role was expanded from helping manage marketing relationships with company carriers to include overseeing and developing the agency’s IT infrastructure and technology support services. Brad enjoys spending time with friends and family.
Amy Bryant, Agent
Amy grew up in Story, Arkansas and graduated from Mount Ida High School. She has worked in the insurance business for over 18 years. While attending high school, Amy got her start working at the agency after school. After graduating in 1997, she started full time in the insurance business. Amy is a licensed agent and CSR for Alisha Pollock on her personal lines accounts in the Mount Ida office. She is married to her husband Chad and they have one son, Kelvin. Amy’s hobbies include cooking, hunting, and spending time with friends and family.
Fannie Lambert, Receptionist
Fannie Lambert has been working in insurance as the Mount Ida office receptionist since 1994 and it’s her friendly voice that you will most generally hear when calling in to our office. She has 4 children, including Debbie and Becky who work in the accounting department, 8 grandchildren including Jared and Alisha, founders of S&P Insurance Partners, as well as Amy and Brad who are also employees of the agency, and 8 great-grandchildren. For Fannie, family has always been such an important part of her life and she loves getting to work with many of them on a daily basis at the office. In her free time Fannie enjoys cooking, reading, going to church, watching her game shows, and spending time with her family.
Marci Pearce, Chief Financial Officer/CPA
Marci has worked in the insurance industry for over 7 years as the Chief Financial Officer. Prior to that, she worked in public accounting for over 10 years. During that time she prepared individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns. She performed audits and reviews and other financial advisory services for personal and commercial clients. Marci was born and raised in Oden, Arkansas and graduated from Oden Schools. Marci has a bachelor's degree in accounting from Arkansas Tech University and has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1997. She is married to her husband, John, and they have one son, Ethan. She is involved in community activities and is a member of the Mount Ida PTO. She is a member of Mount Olive Landmark Missionary Baptist Church. Marci enjoys spending time with her friends and family and cheering on her son in basketball and baseball. She enjoys reading and staying active.
Tim Philpot, Agent
Tim was born and raised in Oden, Arkansas where he attended high school and is a graduate of Texas Institute with a degree in computer operations. Tim got his start in insurance in 1998 and writes both personal and commercial lines, including life and health. He is married to his wife Apryl and they have two girls, Ashley and Katie. Both girls attend school at Oden where their mother is the school counselor. When Tim isn’t selling insurance or performing his mayoral duties for the City of Oden, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.
John Pollock, Agency Principal/Bond Agent
John has worked in the insurance industry for over 11 years encompassing a wide variety of roles after graduating from the University of Central Arkansas. Starting out in the business, John worked as an agent for 4 years selling personal and commercial insurance. From there he transitioned to working in claims for 3 years, which in turn lead him to bonds where he has spent the last 4 years as a bond agent. By having a diverse background and experience in these areas of insurance, John has attained a unique perspective on the surety business and what it takes to enable your company to reach its full potential and fulfill its bonding needs. John is married to his wife Alisha and they have two children, Allie and Averie. John’s hobbies include bow hunting, Texas football, coaching his girls’ sports teams, and enjoying time with friends.
Tami Scott, Agent
Tami grew up in Corning, Arkansas and graduated from Corning High School. After marring Terry Scott, she moved to Mount Ida where they raised their family. She has been an agent in the insurance business for over 25 years. She is a dedicated producer and CSR who handles personal and commercial lines business. Tami and her children and grandchild: Jarret and his wife Annie, their daughter Bracken, and Tami’s daughter MeKenna live near Lake Ouachita and enjoy spending time together and being out on the lake. They are all active and members of the local Methodist church.
Debbie Standridge, Accounting
Debbie lives in Mount Ida, Arkansas where she grew up and raised her family. She has worked in the insurance business for over 25 years and works in the accounting department at the Mount Ida office location. Debbie is married to her husband Steve and they have two children, Jared and Alisha, both who have grown up in the family insurance business and founded S&P Insurance Partners. In her free time Debbie enjoys spending time with friends, family, and most of all her five grandchildren, Sydney, Allie, Sam, Shelby, and Averie.
Philip Standridge, Agent
Philip was born, raised, and lives on a 3rd generation family farm in Hurricane Grove. Philip graduated from Mount Ida and went on to the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville with a degree in animal science where he met his wife Kaye. He has two children Cody and Amber, as well as 4 grandchildren. Philip has been in the insurance business since 1992 and writes personal, commercial, life, and health. Philip loves spending time with his family, traveling, concerts, and following the Razorbacks.
