Becky Abernathy, Agent/Licensing

Becky lives in Mount Ida and began her career in the insurance business in June of 1989. Becky sold personal and commercial lines insurance for 13 years. In June of 2002, she transferred into the accounting department and also began managing agent licensing and company appointments. In 2011, Becky returned back into the service side of the agency by providing CSR assistance on commercial accounts for Alisha Pollock. Becky has one son, Brad who grew up in the insurance business and also works in the Mount Ida office location. In her free time, Becky enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Brad Abernathy, Accounting/Marketing/IT

Brad comes from a family background in insurance and is a native of Mount Ida, Arkansas where he grew up and graduated from Mount Ida High School. While attending college at the University of Central Arkansas, Brad got his legs in the business while working in the marketing department. After graduating with a degree in graphic design and minor in marketing from UCA, Brad joined the agency as a full time employee and his role was expanded from helping manage marketing relationships with company carriers to include overseeing and developing the agency’s IT infrastructure and technology support services. Brad enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Amy Bryant, Agent

Amy grew up in Story, Arkansas and graduated from Mount Ida High School. She has worked in the insurance business for over 18 years. While attending high school, Amy got her start working at the agency after school. After graduating in 1997, she started full time in the insurance business. Amy is a licensed agent and CSR for Alisha Pollock on her personal lines accounts in the Mount Ida office. She is married to her husband Chad and they have one son, Kelvin. Amy’s hobbies include cooking, hunting, and spending time with friends and family.

Fannie Lambert, Receptionist

Fannie Lambert has been working in insurance as the Mount Ida office receptionist since 1994 and it’s her friendly voice that you will most generally hear when calling in to our office. She has 4 children, including Debbie and Becky who work in the accounting department, 8 grandchildren including Jared and Alisha, founders of S&P Insurance Partners, as well as Amy and Brad who are also employees of the agency, and 8 great-grandchildren. For Fannie, family has always been such an important part of her life and she loves getting to work with many of them on a daily basis at the office. In her free time Fannie enjoys cooking, reading, going to church, watching her game shows, and spending time with her family.

Marci Pearce, Chief Financial Officer/CPA

Marci has worked in the insurance industry for over 7 years as the Chief Financial Officer. Prior to that, she worked in public accounting for over 10 years. During that time she prepared individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns. She performed audits and reviews and other financial advisory services for personal and commercial clients. Marci was born and raised in Oden, Arkansas and graduated from Oden Schools. Marci has a bachelor's degree in accounting from Arkansas Tech University and has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1997. She is married to her husband, John, and they have one son, Ethan. She is involved in community activities and is a member of the Mount Ida PTO. She is a member of Mount Olive Landmark Missionary Baptist Church. Marci enjoys spending time with her friends and family and cheering on her son in basketball and baseball. She enjoys reading and staying active.

John Pollock, Agency Principal/Bond Agent

John has worked in the insurance industry for over 11 years encompassing a wide variety of roles after graduating from the University of Central Arkansas. Starting out in the business, John worked as an agent for 4 years selling personal and commercial insurance. From there he transitioned to working in claims for 3 years, which in turn lead him to bonds where he has spent the last 4 years as a bond agent. By having a diverse background and experience in these areas of insurance, John has attained a unique perspective on the surety business and what it takes to enable your company to reach its full potential and fulfill its bonding needs. John is married to his wife Alisha and they have two children, Allie and Averie. John’s hobbies include bow hunting, Texas football, coaching his girls’ sports teams, and enjoying time with friends.

Philip Standridge, Agent

Philip was born, raised, and lives on a 3rd generation family farm in Hurricane Grove. Philip graduated from Mount Ida and went on to the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville with a degree in animal science where he met his wife Kaye. He has two children Cody and Amber, as well as 4 grandchildren. Philip has been in the insurance business since 1992 and writes personal, commercial, life, and health. Philip loves spending time with his family, traveling, concerts, and following the Razorbacks.
